Southern Tier Leadership Academy

The Southern Tier Leadership Academy is a collaborative effort designed to enhance the quality and quantity of candidates for educational leadership positions in the region. The academy provides a unique integration of leadership theory and practice, enabling participants to understand the connection between leadership theory and the realities of everyday leadership practice. This is accomplished through regular meetings and seminars with faculty from the Center for Leadership Studies at Binghamton University, nationally-known speakers and experienced educational practitioners. The academy is supported by the local school districts.
